Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company is good to start with as a Fresher as you will be having multiple opportunities to learn and grow here. Work life balance is good and you will get ample opportunities to work on multiple projects.

Dislikes

Company is run by a single person, so don't expect you can discuss your compensation or leaves to an HR, everyone you have to discuss with the director itself. No health insurance provided by the company. When asked you will get false hopes and fake replies. Company is fully intended for cost cutting so do not expect any performance bonus, year bonus or any monetary expenses. You cannot expect that you will get a role of your choice here. As an when needed you will be put into multiple roles depending on company needs. You are expected to work on weekends and overtime, but you cannot expect back any overtime compensation. So keep in my beforehand joining the company. Daily work from office, when asked for work for home it might get approved or you might get shouted by the director. Totally depends on his mood.
