On time salary and Saturday Sunday leave are positive.

Dislikes

It is the first company where just within 6 months I had to put in my papers. No induction training and process to new joinees the head of department believes that the new joinees will learn everything on their own. No KRA and target setting after discussion .

There is no proper culture of work. Only you have to listen to your Business head who forces to work continuously. No work life balance, only disrespect even performing well. Everyone is so dicey, you cannot work peacefully there. Worst company Work timings - 9 to 5:30 , monday to friday

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
