1) Company owners are good. 2) 5 days working, indirectly support work life balance.

Dislikes

1) Company lacks innovative & progressive approach in machine. Further reluctant to adapt new technologies & taking challenges. 2) Young employee force are not sustainable for long tenure due to extreme internal politics. 3) Since last 5 years best cream of employees have left company, now left with remaining almost 70% of employees are working with company for min. 15 years plus which are not overall best efficient.

Worst experience I ever had in my 8years of career.. unhygenic environment. Lack of upgradation using very old system. They beliver in reference employee over talented people like dad can recommend his son for any department of there is vacancy in the company or uncle can give refrence of his nephew etc etc. They look for peoples who does donkey work 😂😂😂

If you works sincerely then you should not worry about your job, because management also looks like you people and encourages you. As
