Good for learning new skills and technologies. Managers support continuous skill development. Yearly 2 day get together event which is fully sponsored by the company.

Dislikes

Mandatory work from office if you are on bench. Poor work life balance as they will tell you to work beyond 8 hours else you won’t get salary appraisal. Only 15 leaves available in the entire year, no separate sick leaves or wfh if you are unwell Only 5% appraisal even if you are working on a project and have good feedback from the client. Lot of office politics and 0 job security. I have seen many people forced to resign and get their last working day on the same date. If the client is not paying and you leave the job then they charge the billing from your salary. Poor office infrastructure of the Pune office.

Likes

Learning is the only good prospect in Nice, that to for juniors. From Mid seniors 5+ years of exp, you will have more security concern, as company gets project based on market and vendor (Which is again very very poor connects)

Dislikes

In the name of cost cutting, Firing is the best policy that Nice offers you. If you are on bench, not sure how long you can survive or you can get excited resignation letter as same as excited offer letter on immediate basis. No Work Life Balance Manager are not skilled Client's words are GOD for managers. the only best part if Client does not ask for favors...

Was a wonderful place when I joined but some movements have resulted in this.

1. Micromanagement 2. Not hiring additional resources even when there is a need. Applying Cost cutting strategies 3. No promotions

NO Job security, Terrible work culture, micromanagement on everything pannager will come at 11 and leave at 5pm everyday, that's oka for company, but but if you got late someday and still you are staying late to complete your working hours then you will get notice from owner. Owner's role is ridiculous he interfere in almost each and every things. AS COVID began almost laid off almost their 80% employee such a terrible company .

everything, Instead of giving off on 1st Jan like other companies they give you treat in big hotel and then asks for you for the money as contributiuon. Such a third class management and planning, show off thiers brand on the money of employees.

They are not at all supporting through COVID they dont care about their employees whether they die or live they still calling all the HR's to office and not at all following government rulesthey layed off most of their employees at the time of covid without any prior notice just a day before they said to not to come in office from tomorrow even though they know how hard it is in the covid situation to get a job.

Dislikes

About teammates most of the seniors do not know anything, they lay off most of the employees at the time of covid, they give almost half the salary they promised, nothing like career growth you wont learn anything if you need to travel they just give bus tickets no flight, they are like school no IT work culture there, most of the peoples there are after girls nothing more than that. If there is a party from company than also they ask employees for contribution, never seen a low level company like this one. They even force you to change your domaisn so that they will demolish your career and your resume so that you wont get any other domain specific job and need to work with only NICE with very less salary.
