...roper training on actimize platform and their solution before you get a project. Compensation provided by the company is good with many competition going on in between with good monetary rewards. You have a good onsite opportunity, but the travel will be short term. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high sometimes. It is small company for around 1000 pepole at pune and total of around 4000 world wide.

Some of the people are good. Mostly friendly. Managers are good, expect for the appraisal times.

Dislikes

Favouritism, low salary, less leaves, insurance is part of employees package. No work from home. No extra allowances for OT, work on holidays/weekends, client side work. Transport is partally subsidised.
