I have worked with NESL for more than 19 years out of my total working tenure and really mean it that I am highly satisfied working with them.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor because of Kolkata based company . Very slow growth rate as I started with sales engineer and I got only 5 promotions even after good performance.

Overall Good , Company & Upper Management follow as they decided rules Increment & Promotion as per their standard rules.

Dislikes

Upper Management not focus field engineer problems. Pay scale lower as per market compitition

Job security is good....you will become Doctor of different industries and solve critical issues present in maintenance by using speciality maintenance services and polymer composites.They don't understand diffrence between sales and marketing+ service of products. Physically you have to do application of composite and coatings. But At the end you will become like labour......so avoid such companies

Too much politics being bengali company.

A very good place for freshers to start with. You will have 100% job security with all the benefits like leave, insurance, epf etc as per govt. Norms. Company has got some very good leaders who can nurture the freshers in a most diplomatic way to make them ready for the company requirements. Good stress on training of employees on a regular basis. Just need to have patience in this company. You will realise what you have learned, after leaving the company.

Nothing as such to dislike. Salaries are not as per industry standards. The only thing I had an issue. But its not a dislike.

It was good.products very good.Top management is good.payment is also good. Over all experiance good.I wants to be better companey for job but posting at Shahdol M.P. and I shall look after all M.P . and other state in India.
