There is no like. They hold employees salary, 20-25 deduction every month. If u join there, ur career will be wasted.

Dislikes

...worst working environment in the company. I left my company after 2 to 3 months. Still my salary is on hold. So my suggestion is don’t join this company ever.

...ronment and culture .teammates are supportive and the management is transperent.compny policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salry hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and the management dosent address our issues.salry is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resign .

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
