Appraisal Policies, Attendance policies, Poor management on constant changes in system No skill development No Growth Regional manager who are just good for nothing here works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. At head office in chennai company says BDM work is just to give strong and impactful presentation at client house and rest your Regional Manager (RM) will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with client and that is why RM salary and incentive are much higher than BDM. But on real ground it is the BDM who is doing everything and RM is eating incentive out of those sales and doing nothing in helping or developing the team members.

Apart from Salary and Clients, if someone wants to just work only and only for salary and can be under pressure of being jobless every month it is good. Will be shared something else in the start and will be different after sometime.

...g false dreams and then all of a sudden they would terminate without any reason. Doesn't even pay fnf. Full of politics and double faced. The management is full of illiterate bunch with only politics and fraud in mind . They mainly force their sales team to lie and fool the customers by selling substandard plastic dabba product at an incredible high price orelse they'd lose job . After sales service is pathetic and their lift itself is very unsafe and risky . Poor customers suffers the most. Please don't join as this company is a complete money minded only fooling customers and using its employees. Now they're doing bulk hiring and they would only use this sales force to extract money from customers . No value nothing !

...Nothing, They ask you to work for 14-16 Hours with location tracked & camera on. By working for 14-16 hours they will give you SALARY Deductions, Absenteeism & Termination Letter. THEY WORK ON THE MODEL OF HIRE & FIRE.

They are ruining the future of the youth. Toxic Culture, Organisational Politics at par, No Work-Life Balance. Instead of giving you training they give you PIP and throw you out without even informing you prior.

BEWARE!!! Harassment Factory. Abuses by HR for minor issues like asking for SALARY Credit, Reimbursement of Stay & Travel, Uniform & Grooming, etc.

BEWARE!!! HR harasses employees and abuses employees. Doesn't Pay salary IF TARGET NOT ACHIEVED. & Doesn't reimburse TRAVEL & HOTEL STAY EXPENSES ALSO
