Appraisal Policies, Attendance policies, Poor management on constant changes in system No skill development No Growth Regional manager who are just good for nothing here works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. At head office in chennai company says BDM work is just to give strong and impactful presentation at client house and rest your Regional Manager (RM) will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with client and that is why RM salary and incentive are much higher than BDM. But on real ground it is the BDM who is doing everything and RM is eating incentive out of those sales and doing nothing in helping or developing the team members.

They can kick you anytime even at midnight by alleging you for data manipulation and that too without proof. The director Vimal Babu and Vishal Babu hides and do not bother to answer the question or reply the mail. The culture is worst

Useless management Treats like a puppet No place for your ideas Wasting the whole day saying meeting and meeting Customers are not even provided with elevator. Asking to take 50% of money and then not responding to customer calls No promotion or appraisal after so much hard work

Apart from Salary and Clients, if someone wants to just work only and only for salary and can be under pressure of being jobless every month it is good. Will be shared something else in the start and will be different after sometime.

The company is run like a small coffee shop run by an educated fool, rules and policies change as per top management ego , and it’s like a school culture Wher terminated people have done a crime of talking to opposite gender workmates.
