1) Worst canteen ever seen. Taste is below average and overall it seems like it's only for HR and above people only as they are served well and engineer are looked upon as labourers. 2) After being with everyone and knowing their views too, I would say that engineering team would do best if 2 people are replaced soon (as per mentioned by other profile in their comment), else the productivity will be same. Also a arrogant partner of those 2 who sits with them. 3) Life of operation person is far better than an engineer. As engineer are treated and seen more like "LABOURERS" rather than "ENGINEERS". Paagal log bhare hue hai , jinhone kabhi work culture ke saath kaam nahi kiya. Mean mentality and gujjus an madrasis taking opportunity to fillup their own quota. Attrition is most as people not finding job security and mental peace. Only who able to butter boss can live and grow with your ideas. Your experience has no value.
