They provides salary on time nothing else.

Initially, they treat us calmly, but after a few months, the pressure starts to build (due to lack of manpower), there’s no fixed schedule; they often push us to work beyond regular hours without offering overtime pay. Sometimes they also fail to provide the holidays or our leaves we are entitled to.

My experience with NFRT systems was marked by a negative work environment, including in-store politics, that significantly impacted my ability to perform my duties effectively. when i raised concerns about these issues i exprienced a lack of support from higher authorities specilly (Manager and Hr) and store management. Specifically i felt that my concerns were dismissed and i faced harassment. I am concerned about the potential for retanliation for raising thers issues. i received implicit and explicit threats icluding statements suggesting that my employment if i pursued my concerns. Statement like "there is no need for you" and "No one lission" and if you are compliant about us no one will teach you' were used to intimidate me.

did not like as when we worked for them and sold lying to customer just for revenue as per our boss still did not get incentives... our boss told us to resign and holded our incentive amount... all fake

The company is 'lala' type. Nothing is organised. Their rules keep changing all the time according to them... There is no job security. No work life balance. There is no calculation of time. The time of punch in is fixed but not that of punch out. According to the company, the employee should give priority only to the company, family friends should go later.. The company's people have no concern with what issue there is in our family. Company think that "apna kaam Banta,bhad me jaye janta". Please don't work. Please don't spoil your career and future.
