Teammates are supportive. Apart from that there is nothing much.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Hectic work. There is no proper hike. They are going to crush you with work so ask for more than 100% hike when you are joining the company. Keep this company's offer as backup. No matter how much work you do and person not doing any work, you both will be given same 5-10% hike. Create boundaries for yourself.
