There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Freedom for work with our team. Time to time salary, progressive nature with worker. maintenance quility and safety in work.

Very less salary, no growth in company. System with hr and worker is bad. Facilities are very bad

It's lala type company, there are no rule, regulations. Timing of working too much 9.30am to 7.30pm or onwards. There are no holiday off, national holiday off, only Sunday off.

Being a new company, should be deployed qualified officers to maintain minimum safety culture. Currently company given more important to production than safety.

Top management failed to maintain safety culture in their work site or they are not willing to follow site safety.
