There was nothing to like about that organisation. They hire easily and they do not provide any kind of experience letter to their employees after they leave the company.

Dislikes

The culture, the upper management, the upper authorities do not care about their employees whether they are directly hired by NFCI or the franchise. They always urge you to make useless documents and always push you to report to the management unnecessarily.
