Nowadays Neycer is new brand products although Neycer was a good brand before 10-15 years ago,due to operational issue it was invisible in Sanitaryware sector.so it is too difficult to promote.

Oustanding at Neycer, Youngest and vital person to hold "Chief Ceramist" in, IDBI had specifically insisted to appoint me at Universal to consider financial rewival of the industry which was 'sick'.I brought Universal not only to the profit levels but also a number one industry in Sales. I joined Golf Shores (Kuwait) when it was already managed by German and Rumanion engineers, My excellent performance made the management to give the responsibility as the factory in charge.

None of the above companies wanted to releave me when I wanted to resign.
