Place to experiment your ideas and innovate, however, be accountable for whatever you do.

Dislikes

Decision making is very abrupt and employees views/inputs are not valued. Employees positions are only for name sake. Founder and Chairman don't work/guide collaboratively. No job security.

Thier products are really Efficient for Customers and they are cost efficient

Dislikes

The main dislike for Nexzu is due to Lack of Promotion from the Company so it makes difficult to do market or sale maximization
