Teammates, trainings are good but job security not so much in my opinion. Salary & appraisal are also average.

Seniors and TL's are very supportive, friendly environment, Trainers are excellent and outstanding. Best place for HS +12 pass student - can learn many things and can start their work journey from here as well as study. Work from home benifit Very good Job security in bad times even in pandemic.

Dislikes

No private health insurance benefits Very slow growth Very low compensation as per industry & work. Very low (you can't even imagine) increments on appraisal. No personal skills or soft skills development program for. Employees. Favouritism Notice period is too long. KPI mechanism and appreciations system is bad. Don't have system to update everyone inside the board regarding birthday, marriage anniversary of employees. Leave policy is bad for 1 day leave you have to clearly mention the reason even if it's personal reason. Management and HR departments connects very less with production team to listen there problems and discuss new ideas.

...ou'll learn some mortgage work from here, for freshers this place is quite good. And you'll receive your salary on time. :D

There is no long term future here, Some process manager makes you feel like a dumb, whether you give 2hrs extra time, always trying to create a pressure so that you can not use your leave perfectly. And they told you there is a 5 working days but 1 month you realize there is no saturday off!

... Working environment and others are just amazing and professional behaviour too. They give average salary.

Politics are just too much. Management try to address our issues but it's not a fair every time. Well behaved but partiality takes place quite often.

The only positive thing I have realized that I have got super motivated teammates. The seniors have excellent knowledge About the work as if they have done research work on US mortgage loan auditing. I have really motivated with this type of working environment.

Dislikes

...niors they are working there for about 5years and still remain in same position. No salary increment no upgradation of position. No proper HR policy. They do whatever they want.
