Work from home is not easy to take even you have a genuine reason. No fun activities at all. Language barrier. Working on old technologies. Low appraisal. Far away from Ahmedabad City and not in hygienic area or location.

4 partners are not aware how to grow company, don't know business ethics .only hire community people and give good increment them . So don't spend your valuable time and efforts . Please do not join under Ravi's kotwani teams ,he is biggest liar in company .

The management is very poor, specially they will never think about employee , they just are robot, specifically Ravi kotwani who is very narrow minded person , who always take revenge with the employee whether he is associated or not.
