People are just sweet in your face but are into real gossips. The company has 90% of the workforce above 40 years old. For anyone below 30, the place is extremely toxic as oldies are not open minded.

People in the team are a happy group of people. Comfortable crowd to be around.

HR Manager laksmi has a bad attitude. Employees are forced to sit in AC rooms even if they are not well. I was not well and sat in cafeteria and lakshmi just told me to sit in AC room. She only like to gossip about who is divorced, who all i should not talk to. she will not care about people and she is hr manager? such a joke. where is the company's standards. i cannot stay here for 1 week also. Full team is aware but nobody will say anything. some people joined hr team and left in few days because they cannot handle her behaviour. I am a junior person so i may not understand much, but if hr manager only like this, then what kind of company this is i dont know. Please don't join here if you don't want depression.
