The organization is in the process of making the processes aligned to create a class however apparently it may seem as short comings, however, the class is in the making and I am glad to be part of the journey.

...ever get into this company. Nobody is skilled persons. You don't learn anything. Only benefit is work from home and salary is less for trainers. Poor management and manager are in position. Nobody hear your concerns.Even for freshers like us don't learn anything. Experience guys never waste your time here
