Their HR committed 33 LPA plus joining bonus and profit sharing, but after the interview, she refused and said we have only a budget for 30 LPA. One day she promised after two days she refused so imagine their reputation .

... provided one has interests and this has been key aspect that has worked for me. The offered salary during joining time is very good however, the process once established I am very much confident that organization will do very good in compensating employees year on year at a satisfying scale.

The organization is in the process of making the processes aligned to create a class however apparently it may seem as short comings, however, the class is in the making and I am glad to be part of the journey.
