Office politics is terrible, client interference in official stuff is too much, environment is suffocating, sometimes even after giving reasonable deadlines management seems to take part in blame game and humiliating the team. Even after within deadline completion of project client doesn't seems to take part in prototype testing and enjoys testing only after the project gets to live.
