There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good on job training with effective people, good salary increment on yearly basis. Work life will get balanced. Good canteen and pantry facility available.

There is no job security here. People will be working on little politics. No opportunity to go overseas through here if we are under trainee or engineer.

Good company but Bangalore plant management has to be improved and salary should increase since it's very low since as per now a days norms, good working culture and free to work

The company culture is vibrant. In Chennai, we are currently in the phase of acquiring new customers. The Product is excellent, market is huge and as an individual I can learn a lot about EPS
