I’m fortunate that I don’t have a family relying on me, but I can’t stop thinking about my colleagues who are the main providers for their households. They can’t leave, holding onto the hope that they will eventually be paid, but each day that passes only deepens their despair. They’re caught in a cycle of pleading for the salaries they’ve rightfully earned, trapped by the fear of losing everything they’ve worked so hard for. It's heartbreaking to watch good people suffer under such immense stress, unable to provide for their families while a company takes advantage of their loyalty and desperation.
