The team leader and manager are good. They don't force you to work. They give you time to solve the problem and try to understand what the problem is. They are also well-behaved and always supportive.

Dislikes

Some departments have issues with others even though they lack understanding of the respective fields and tasks. Despite their lack of knowledge they often interfere in your work offering unnecessary input. Those who indulge in gossip should focus on their matters instead of bedding in others' affairs

Likes

The area of research being carried out is promising and the way to treat the employees, if bettered by a margin, then I think it would be a better work place culture.

Dislikes

Work life balance is practically not there! Trusting in the employee's calibre is required, more than doubting.

Likes

The work place is a haven to learn. The translational research taking place in the organization is a must to dive into, if anyone is interested in interdisciplinary fields of research. It is the place where engineering and Biotechnology comes together and when it does, it gives an opportunity to be friends with the enthusiastic engineers and ever learning Biotechnologists.

Dislikes

The place currently doesn't offer any dislikes for me. It's is a great place to be.
