For freshers it's ok company Wfh option Salary is fine. , they send your fnf on time

Dislikes

No structure of work & Teams It's very small company of 10-15 employees Only one avg client they have- innoveo(unstable) that work on low code no code which is no market value apart from No new learning. They dnt search other projects instead they fire you by saying we can't find project for you. You dnt have job security here initially they says it's permanent position no issues but they ignore you once they start having jo project. Appraisal is not on time lots of delays. HR communication is very poor. You can feel attitude in some HR /Director /Employees. I did big mistake by joining this company engaging on their sweet words said by them initially but pls never join this company they may cheat you that later you may regret why did you join this company. They dnt give relief in notice. This was my worst company ever. Dnt trust dnt waste your time here.
