Management is worst with no policies at all, employees are treated as liabilities, a third grade company where even the President can report to National Head. Run by typical money minded Gujratis where there is no fixed date of salaries even.

One of the worst companies to work at, No policies, no culture, no fixed date of salary. A company with only a name of Italy but run by typical Gujaratis who tries to eat interest even on salaries. No fulfilment of commitments at all to the Dealers, Architects. Never ever go for it or be fooled by the glorious plant and office. They do not leave their sales staff to stand Red faced in front of clients. To clarify a feedback must be taken from Shobha Builders (Bangalore) for their commitments.

....work pattern and culture are very lower. There is no such kind of MNC company .work pattern like local company and no salary on time .

Training Factor is absent, Salary is delayed by almost 4/5 days every month, Due to Family culture in company at higher authorities empowerment at Job is absent as all the rights lay in the hands of higher authorities.

Employee Friendly Culture, Salary is on time before 7th of ever month, Employee engagement & Training Programme, educational policies many thing which is in favor of an employees. Very well Managed & organized.
