There are some reason to dislike- 1-Not good increment 2-Mobile phone has restricted 3-Job 12 hour's 4-Junior tortured by some senior (like as Manish Mishra) 5-Quality control team have no any power so morality down. 6-This plant has been suffering from nepotism. 7-Very very Inequality in Hindi and South belt. 8-At increment timeBoss's relative (Brother,Son, Brother-in-law etc.) has received more increment. 9-This company Incharge doesn't accountable for any problem only accountable Head of the Department. 10-Day or night shift for any problem Boss's relative not accountable only accountable another employee ....Read More
