Employee engagement and the working environment is really good.. all the employees are friendly they make sure everyone is felt special on birthdays and work anniversaries.. intially you are trained for your new beginning.. quiet helpful people..

...ds of the employees it's their hardwork money..no one is working here for free.. everyone has their needs and it's the responsibility of the company to pay them for their work to keep them with you for long time.

Just ask the management. Why the first Batch of the recruitment executives who worked in the Bangalore Branch didn't receive their salaries even after struggling for 4 months. Everyone was promised the salaries none got paid.

Dislikes

Company has not paid the salaries till now. They were kicked out by the building owner as they were unable to pay the rent of the building. The Recruitment Manager is so pathetic that he had taken a loan from a Recruitment executive to pay the expenses.
