They use old versions where we can't learn anything even if we learn that we can use in other companies. Work life balance is worse they call you even in nights,we have to work on weekends also. No comp offs no wfh also. Job security is worse they can fire you anytime with one day notice.

Working in Nexgen gives ample opportunities to learn and grow in your career. You will get lot of exposure to latest technology hot in market and will get to work with multiple clients which in turn increases business knowledge

Its actually not a negative aspect but yes being a small organization, work pressure is also high. You need to be focused on deliverable but managers are very helpful which is a big relief

Dislikes

Pathetic company. Never recommend anyone to work here. No job security. No respect for employees even you work for more than 5 years with full dedication. Firing is very quick. Within 1-2 days they try to judge the performance of employee.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
