...ofessional services firm, the culture is very open and to a extent meritocratic. However, the salary and appraisal are below industry standard. They thrive on finding people who are a victim of circumstances and then exploit them. The work-life balance is fairly depending on the practice you work in.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal levels are very average and not fair to large extent. The company is also very vindictive when it comes to your resignation. If you resign before the credit of your bonus, they will forfeit the bonus saying that it is for your retention and the hard work you did last year is of little importance.

...cs, poor management, no discussion on problems, no solutions, no cleanliness 5. Manager is busy to enjoy his salary, no interest to smoothing the process or work culture. 6. No job security only use n throw. 6. Very very toxic work culture at all. 7. Constantly change the project allocation, you will not learn anything from any project, only play a game. 8. Not supportive environment at all for my personal growth. If you had any difficulty and you asked your seniors, leads or manager; they still thinking how to figure out the problem but not getting the solution yet, still wonder who make them manager or lead🙄
