8. Not supportive environment at all for my personal growth. If you had any difficulty and you asked your seniors, leads or manager; they still thinking how to figure out the problem but not getting the solution yet, still wonder who make them manager or lead🙄
This review is only dor for Secretarial Department. Each Department has a separate work culture.
Pros: 1. Work from Home granted when required. No questions asked.
2. Managers are usually helpful and supportive. However exception is always there.
3. Direct Client Interaction. Especially the Foreign ones.
4. Independent Decision Making.
Cons:
1. Extremely Poor Salary
2. 2-3% Increment each year
3. No Promotions usually
4. Bonus is a part of Salary which is often not granted at the end of year.
5. Lots of Internal Tracker maintenance
6. Billing and Budgeting is handled by Company Secretaries which is the worst part.
7. Repetitive monotonous work. No learning after a year.

Apart from the fact that I was working someplace, and I was getting a fixed salary by the month end, there was nothing that I liked about working at Nexdigm.
This workplace is highly exploitative and toxic to work at for anyone desiring work-life balance and some fair amount of learning and growth. In the name of making you a contract champion (as they call their associates), they suck the life out of you with uncontrollable grapevine and highly uncooperative management to work under. Very, very poor work culture and management lacks work ethics what to say of the associates. My mistake to have joined this workplace without enquiring enough about the work culture and company management.
