Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I have been working at Nexasys IT Solution for more than 2 years. A good place to work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very low. The manager gives value to each and every one. Also, there is job training for juniors. Managers give respect to each and every employee. As per my review, there is no dislike I found for 2 years.
