Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Not a single thing to like here

Dislikes

...-9 even sometimes Upto 1am and project manager will say u are not working. It’s a complete fraud when comes to salary he promised one fig at the end month he will say I am not satisfied I won’t give full salary . There will be no life if u join in this company remember u won’t get salary for working 7 days a week

Dislikes

There is no proper planning of what they want to do. Terrible working hours for 0 salary. No training, but feels like they gave an excellent training in the world. Terrible company. Only join if you want to spoil your happiness and career.
