No significant learning that need to be mentioned ...as I worked in different MNCs so compared with them Nexapp needs improvement in every area..policies & vision are still not yet clear even after 09 years of Operations.

No new learnings, no training for skill development, no vision to grow professionally., poor HR policy which always manipulates in favour of company. Lala kind of company driven by 2 Directors...

Nexapp Techonology is an excellent company for freshers Who want to start their career in Network domain fresher can learn lots of soft skill and technical knowledge here ,Which many big companies do not provide . Any other benefit of joining this company is You won’t have to do night shifts. You will only need to work General ships in the knock

Nexapp Techonology has a survival significant issue. The Manager who has been eight years exhibits Bad behaviour and have significant ego issue. The work environment suffers from Groupism and Office politics With new employee, receiving little respect. There is six month provisional period During which no proper technical training is provided, At high-performance expected from new joiners. The company also has HiddenHR policies Such as unclear notice period, Final settlements and un- disclosed details in the offer letter.
