Intially they came up with new innovatieve ideas but there is no extraordinary they feel it is a premium car showroom, upto showroom infrastructure is ok but there is no premium man power and premium dealing with customers decision making is very bad in my jayabheei nexa dealership visakhapatnam and Many boses no individulaty more stress less package .

Very low compensation and more working hours more stress and strain and overall there is no ethics and TSM domination is more and more and he doesn't know how to speaking with dealer employees behaving very worst with sales manager and showroom manager with out any respect . 1st time in my entire carrier seen this such type of ASM and TSM very worrest.

There is nothing they are doing for us .In fact they have not given us the salaries for the month of April,May & June. besides that they have hold on to our incencentives for the whole year and the increments are also held for a full year.

... ethics or work culture they behave like a shop owner and we are just sales man. they own us by paying us salary.

There is have very good Atmosphere with all guys. And many things for learned there. If I am now what.. it's because of that.

Just some people's had some partiality for Cast. And no given compensation on time.

Company's rules is good but Management is very bad in that showroom.

...ithholds the salary, does not promote the car, only promotes if 5 cars are sold. They don't pay if target is not met, 5 people left job in my 2 month tenure very bad situation there they are taking advantage of people forceful management worst experience of my life.

On the worst place (Jyote Motors NEXA) to work in Automobile sector.. The Management is very bad,does not coordinate properly with new comers are and one of the worst thing is the salary problem. There's no specific date in salary, sometimes they provide salary on 10th of every month and sometimes they provide on 15th of every month. Creates pressure upon juniors and new comers unnecessarily.
