...d everything. NewSpace is a bubble just waiting to burst just like a Team Indus. No training whatsoever for skill improvement, don't pay salary on time, have gone for almost 3months without pay. Last year arrears are still not paid. HR keep giving increment to themselves. Aerospace systems is just selling the dream without knowhow of how to execute.

It's a bubble just waiting to be burst. No respect to the employees, manager shouting on teammates on the floor. HR ignoring employees and forget them after hiring. They don't give relieving letter event after weeks of leaving. They don't pay your pf and tax that is deducted from your salary.

Nothing, if you want to take classes on Corporate Politics then you should join, HR are goons. There's is no bond for employees which is good but as you join on the first day they Will ask you to sign a paper where they list out all the existing company in the india and say these are competitor company and you can't join them. So that dirty game they play and force you to sign that contract. So please don't join the company.

Promotion they give to there favourite employee, same for salary increment. It will be helpful in learning how to S.ck. if you want to learn

The company culture is poor, there are no events conducted by the company. No incentives given to the employees. The appraisal process is delayed. The appraisal percentage is very less even after getting good performance review.
