It's a company ran be people who are very fair, they are able to recognize talent even if they don't interact with them daily. The clients are US based companies. The change in situation of WFH was pretty easily adaptable due the smart decisions taken by the directors like providing laptops even for interns, cloud based infrastructure, having channels open for discussion. All the projects are very demanding, which is good in a way as it will make you come out of comfort zone and make you adapt/learn new things which will definitely help in career growth. The culture is quite good, people are quite friendly, cheerful and approachable.

Dislikes

The only downside I can see is same in case of most of the companies starting fresh, senior people need to go extra mile to ensure success of projects and ultimately company. That may result in long working hours on some days.

Abundance of opportunities to learn and people with lot of patience to encourage you even if you make mistake! Lots of scope for financial growth and sustainable job!

Dislikes

Expectations are high from you so sometimes it creates lot of pressure on you. Work distribution is an issue. One person end up slogging 12+ hours on daily basis and others from same team end the day like it is 9-6 job!

Nothing I liked about the company. Just that i got a few good friends.

Dislikes

Attitude of people already working on the project was negative and they underestimated the new joining people. Even the ones having just 3-4years experience, were very arrogant and dominant with people like me who have 10+ years of experience. My interview was taken for Automation testing - Selenium. But later when i joined the company I came to know that the people who had taken my interview themselves dont even know the ABCs of Test Automation. There were unnecessary 13 testers employed on one project. And only test execution was done in this company. Some third party company in Chennai had given their work to this company. Test cases were written by some team in chennai, and on client calls we were not allowed to use the name Newscape. We were told to keep the name secret and our identity was in the name of some US based Elgebra company. Then I was then shifted to a new project. Here also the planning of the project was haphazard. Nobody knew exactly what was required. The team lead was unaware of SQL basics that were required for the project. In spite of having 10 years of experience and much of that in healthcare, We were never allowed to talk in client calls. After a few days, even after a very good performance, they just called me in a cabin and told me that there is a rampdown and people like me on contract are no longer required. But i think this was some kind of a silly revenge taken on me because my husband didn't join the company. He was also interviewed and selected for a lead position.
