Good work with my team and all team support me. Company policy is good. They give good salary and bonus every year.

There is lot of political issu.salary is very lower then career growth is slow. No increase salary and position.

Too much of politics at the head office , for Camp boss der r no facilities , rooms are horrible to stay , water u have to buy on ur own , including no facility to wash ur clothes at Deir base Camp , food no Senior food provided They only remember yiu , if ur good at ur job

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am proud to say i was a part of Newrest Oman, its a multi national company and thousands of peoples working world wide.i w as worked 23 yers with Newrest Oman.Its a high standard company in industrial catering.
