... 2.False promise to make people to reach their goals. 3.very small cafeteria. 4.Worst pay for encashment leaves in Full and Final settlement. 5.They don't even worried to pay Over time payment for notice period . 6.Employees treated to work as a Donkey.... 7.No Corporate Policies neither ethics followed by the company. 8. Human Resource team is least bother about the operational issues - if in case you highlighted any issue for resolution,they make it more complicate instead of resolving things. 9.They will be good at hiring and says all the time about the reallocation expenses reimbursement - in reality when you submit the invoices for reimbursement when it is within in threshold amount or less,they will just reject it without any reason. 10. Company will pay Overtime but treated ina way they are paying free of cost.

You can get to learn alot and team will be supportive in each and every place and salary structure is also good according to role

They will fire you without any notice and no proper explanation will be given to you

The process or project which I am involved with has a lot of scope for learning new each and everyday..If you have a zeal to learn you will really learn different aspects of appraisal valuation. Team mates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Newmark is a great place to learn about US mortgage. The company supports every service involved US commercial real estate. It also have it's technology and graphics designer department. It is a great company for freshersto start their career. Also work environment is also really nice.

The company is still in a settling phase, so there are many things which may seem like chaos.

Recreation Room is nice.

This company has no standard policy. HR is basically powerless and all the power has been given to Managers. They have hired all the managers from 3rd party company. Hence, Newmark behaves as a 3rd party company although it's a captive company.
