HR of this company is very good. The Mrs. Parul Dubey was very good, humble and she has a very kind nature. She is already to help their employee in every possible way.

The working environment was pathetic. the manager of the CIBT Mrs. Pooja Choudary, the shift manager, Mr. paras Jain and the TL, Mr. Rishab Bewaja are so rude and they use to treat the employee as a labors and they use to torcher and threating the employee their for everything. I was in depression when i was working their because of these people and i was in stress. These people even dont know how to talk and behave like animal and because these people most of my collogue has been already resigned. This company is pathetic in everthinng.

Not employee centric at all. People does lot of back bitching and the management also takes part in that.. Employees who do buttering all the time get promoted.. Worst environment.. People dont mind their own business they just look for a chance to say behind you..

No job security , hire and fire . Long working hours and week off mandate working without getting paid anything additional, as a shift manager you have to process visa no feedbacks will be given to the agents and if one escalation they all panic . Poor management

They just lie about everything.. make fake promises to employees, provide wrong information about company policies while joining. They tell you get 1.5 times if you work overtime which is not true u get that only for few hours at normal hourly rate. Its just they are total liers.. not a trustworthy company. Location of the company is too bad in Gurgaon.
