I think apart from salary and variable pay everything is bad. They will ask a functional person to work on testing role. Put you any project they would feel like regardless of your skill set. The culture is also bad many senior mangers are in the company for ages.. People are there in the company for so long and they do whatever they want to do.

I attended a 4-round interview, and prior to the scheduled interview, we discussed the salary. After clearing the 1st technical round, they mentioned a certain amount, to which I agreed and proceeded to the next rounds. However, after clearing all rounds, they informed me of a different amount. This kind of negotiation seemed unusual to me, and I chose not to proceed with the HR round. I believe it's important to join an organization that adheres to business ethics and keeps its word, which I felt was lacking in this case.

This company believe in cost cutting by hiring inexperienced candidates and forcing them to work like experienced person.Recently they hired Application Engineers, Associate Business Analyst and expecting from them they should deliver Senior Software Engineer & Lead Business Analyst quality of work. Thus freshers life become hell here same goes for experienced ones. And management is very poor in this organization if project get impacted then they abuse the team members.You can't take leave here. Please guys don't join this organizations unless you have dieing for bread and butter.

The application engineer post they provide is a hoax. They can make you work on every technology and don’t pay you at all. I had an SE under me but that SE earned more than me just because they were from a CS degree and I was from EC. I wrote the entire code and still took away less money than all my juinors. Join the company only if youre from CSE branch.

Management of Newgen is pathetic. Work boundaries are not clearly defined, you'll end up doing other's task. Client is always right culture is there. Project managers are only for name sake and they don't have any idea about what is going on in project. They are just concerned about the ETA. AP1 Delhi's management and projects are very pathetic. They don't follow any methodology and you'll end up screwing your work-life balance.
