Salary and appraisal is very bad . I have worked here since 2016 but I get salary only 11k .. all facilities, work good here but comes to salary appraisal, incentive very bad .

In Newgen the best thing I can say about my and reporting manager are very nice and they were always there for help whenever I asked.

I think company needs to focus on motivate there employees by giving fair opportunity as well as bonus or incentives as per employee performance.

I start my career in newgen. Good to learning. Company culture is very nice. Teammates and trainees are Too good. Apprasisals are fair. Nice cafeteria.

Salary is ok but carewe growth is less. No outings no funfriday. Machine life.

Literally nothing, they claim something but will do something else that was not mentioned in the offer letter. They will say its a 8 hour job, but actually you will be working for 10 to 12 hours, literally a overtime without any pay. For new joiners they won't provide any proper knowledge transfer, but ask you to start working immediately without proper practice.

No work life balance, because we will be working all day more than 10 to 12, they will say the work will be 8 hours but it will be extended upto 12 hours where we have no room for career/ knowledge growth. No proper management. Zero professional approach towards the employee.
