Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Newgen is a good company for a person to develop his communication skills more. Though it is a small company there are alot of opportunities for learning. The work culture is very relaxed and if your a woman it is an added advantage as the company by itself is very flexiblein terms of work timings, breaks and work from home options.

Think twice before yu join no work culture no training only senior employees are boss and they rule the new joiners they lit pressure on new joinesss and try to sack them worst work life culture
