Politics is high. Your appraisal and salary increase is purely dependent on local HR who can influence your salary and show that you are overpaid and delay your promotion / monetary benefits. They will do anything to make you scapegoat for their failure.

Office infrastructure.

Dislikes

No scope for learning the process releated to R&D. Not a good company for freshers, even for experienced person too. Main activities will be releasing the documents and drawings created by other team members. Far away from city. Almost takes more than 3.5 hours daily for office commute. 9.5 hrs a day work time, 0.5 hrs higher than compared to other office working hours 9 hrs a day. Unnecessary meetings, which makes more irritating and push us to look for a better job.
