Well I've been working with Newark for quite some time now i'd say initially it was really a rough patch as we were short on resources but as time passed our team grew and the work started getting much more comfortable. Yes you need to upgrade your product knowledge yourself with your own enthusiasm as we deal with a very diversified product range and queries are very typical. So its an interesting role, moreover if you like talking you'd perform even better.
