...work setup where in people expect you to bust your back to work for minimum pay. The office is a small building with barely anything great about the look, the salary they offer is awful and the treatment you get from HR to complete their own work for your joining and exiting formalities is horrible. The HR department behave like a bunch of 12th graders who have zero clue how to do their job and at the end will make your life miserable when you have to leave the company - by making you run around for the exit formalities that in reality THEY have to finish. Take my advice folks, no matter how badly you need the money, I guarantee you, it will not be worth putting yourself through hell working for this company. Whatever you need so desperately, there'll be another way to get that. No matter how terrible a person you are, you don't deserve to work here so please, if you are thinking about it, let my message here be the sign to NOT join. Hope my warning was clear enough for you to make a sound decision.

The employees compensation, bonus. and reimbursement charges like Internet charge during work from home will be half paid, less employee satisfaction during lockdowns. That’s it. Other than that everything is well and good.

As a fresher you can learn about the basics of logistics very quickly as you will be asked to perform heavy tasks from day one

Because you'll be asked to perform heavy tasks from day one , the pressure is high all the time. You need to extend hours if you can't complete your task. No OT , no extra benefits. They won't even provide any extra allowance for night shift employees. Poor appraisal review.

Most probably, i am like the working atmosphere and job security and facilities .and there have great opportunity for freshers, who passed out reasonly and who all really interested to learn about freight forwarding areas. The New age all-ways welcome the new comers.

The campany still not providing cab facility to Pickup and drop . I am disappointed about this one
