The employees compensation, bonus. and reimbursement charges like Internet charge during work from home will be half paid, less employee satisfaction during lockdowns. That’s it. Other than that everything is well and good.

As a fresher you can learn about the basics of logistics very quickly as you will be asked to perform heavy tasks from day one

Because you'll be asked to perform heavy tasks from day one , the pressure is high all the time. You need to extend hours if you can't complete your task. No OT , no extra benefits. They won't even provide any extra allowance for night shift employees. Poor appraisal review.

Most probably, i am like the working atmosphere and job security and facilities .and there have great opportunity for freshers, who passed out reasonly and who all really interested to learn about freight forwarding areas. The New age all-ways welcome the new comers.

Slave culture wherein the mgmt. talks sweet, gives sermons & speeches but does nothing to improve work-life balance, come down to solve problems on the ground and doesn't hesitates to fire people they hire by giving false promises.
