...l 03,2021. At he NewAge, my efforts are acknowledged always, unlike previously. We are offered gifts on timely basis, bonuses, and this year Covid bonus as well! No Lay offs and increments to be disbursed basis on performance in April 2021. I always have platform to put across my thoughts and higher ups regularly seeking feedback from employees at the workplace, which is good. I work full time work from home environment and thats something very much motivates me for long term association with company.

No stability company reduces mass employment suddenly without any valid reasons & the guise of mass job termination Is their strategy during low sales to hire Another new Employee on Less salary. Not for someone looking for a stable job New age doesn’t deserve LOYALTY

The work culture is very healthy at least in my department and seniors are very helping and understanding in case of juniors feel work pressure.

Dislikes

Recruitment could be tougher for technical positions like engineers as there's a chance that we hire people with less knowledge about basic concepts and thus, struggle in day-to-day tasks.
