It's hard to believe that this company is stuck in a time warp, offering the same ₹8000 as a starting salary in 2023 that they did back in 2017. If they can't acknowledge inflation and changing economic conditions, it's a clear sign of mismanagement

if you are someone who focuses on his/her career then there is nothing you will like here .

Dislikes

No desktops or latops .You have to carry your own device No internet connection ,You need to use your own mobile network . insufficient furniture for existing employees .Exixting furniture is damaged and broken . Except 1 or 2 Staff/Senior employees show disrespectful wild behavior to new joinees .Both male and female senior staff of the office flirt with new joinees (opposite gender ) openly .To me it seemed they had other intensions beyond the curriculum .

Quality Check Analysts(QC department) Showing favoritism ... TLs and some SubTLs are backbiters.. work culture and mangament is very low standard ...often they will tell you to work for 9½ hours ,if you will not .. they will target you then they will torture you indirectly. you will not get increment after One year (Newaetate wouldn't provide internet reimbursement facilitiy ) they will not response your call while they made mistakes. i don't know how he became My SubTL he doesn't have knowledge about work . He always focus on somewhere else...and very bad at manner and behavior.. How can i say !! i think you got my point 👧 Jay/Krushna
